You do not need an account, and you do not need to explain why.
You got that text because a business you hired asked us to follow up after your job. Here is how to make it stop and how to get your information deleted.
To stop the texts: reply STOP to the message. That takes effect immediately and it is permanent.
To delete everything we hold about you: email privacy@workbrag.com from any address and tell us the mobile number that got the text. We will confirm it is you by texting that number, then delete:
We do this within 30 days and we email you when it is done.
One thing we cannot do on our own. If your video was already published to a business’s Google, Facebook, Instagram or TikTok page, tell us and we will take it down from every page we posted it to. If that business or anyone else copied it somewhere we did not post, we will pass your request to them, but we cannot make another company’s website remove something. That is worth knowing before you decide.
One thing we keep. We hold on to a record that a text was sent to your number, and that you agreed or did not agree to share a video, for five years. It is a few lines, it contains no video, no photos and no message content, and we keep it because we may have to prove we were allowed to text you. We cannot delete that part, and neither can you.
Sign in, go to Account, then Delete account. You will be asked to type DELETE to confirm. That removes your business details, your jobs, and every video and photo attached to them, within 30 days.

Posts that are already live stay live. Deleting your workbrag account does not reach into Google, Facebook, Instagram or TikTok. Those posts are on your own pages, they belong to you, and you take them down from there.
Within 30 days, usually within a few days. If we need something from you to confirm who you are, the clock starts when you give it to us.
