Video and Review Release

By recording, you agree that [Business Name] can use your video, your first name, and your voice and likeness to show off this job - on their website, social media, Google, and in their marketing - and that WorkBrag can process and store it to make that happen. Full release

This Video and Review Release (the "Release") is between you and [Business Name] (the "Business") and WorkBrag LLC, 418 Broadway Ste N, Albany, NY 12207 ("WorkBrag"), which operates the tool the Business uses to collect and share customer videos.

1. What you're giving. You grant the Business and WorkBrag a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive, sublicensable license to record, store, copy, edit, crop, trim, caption, transcribe, combine with other material (such as the Business's photos, logo, and text), and publish the video you record through this page (the "Video"), together with your first name, your voice, your image, and anything else that appears in the Video (your "Likeness").

2. What it can be used for. The Video and your Likeness may be used to promote the Business and to show the quality of its work, including on the Business's website, Google Business Profile, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and similar platforms, in the Business's ads and printed materials. WorkBrag may host, process, and store the Video to provide those uses. WorkBrag may use the Video and your Likeness in WorkBrag's own marketing only if you ticked the separate, optional box on the recording page allowing that; you can withdraw that permission at any time in the same way as the rest of this Release. Your last name, address, phone number, and other contact details will not be shown publicly.

3. Editing and AI. You understand the Video will be processed by automated tools, including artificial intelligence, to transcribe it, choose a highlight, and write captions, and that it may be shortened and combined into a branded post. The Business reviews and approves the final post before it is published. Editing will not be used to change the meaning of what you said or to make it look like you said something you did not say.

4. No payment. You will not be paid for the Video or for any use of it. Unless the Business tells you otherwise in writing before you record, you are not receiving any gift, discount, or other incentive for recording. If you are receiving one, it is not conditioned on what you say, and the post may carry a disclosure.

5. It's yours to say. You confirm that what you say in the Video is your honest opinion about your own experience with the Business, that you are 18 or older, that you have the right to grant this Release, and that anyone else who appears or speaks in the Video has agreed to be included (and that no one under 18 appears without a parent or guardian's permission).

6. Changing your mind. You can withdraw this Release at any time by emailing help@workbrag.com with the Business's name and the mobile number the request was sent to. Within 30 days WorkBrag will delete the Video from its active systems (copies in isolated backups expire within 35 days and are deleted again if ever restored) and tell the Business to remove posts that contain it from the Business's accounts and website. Withdrawal works going forward: it does not undo uses that already happened, and copies that other people have already shared, downloaded, or that a platform keeps under its own rules may be beyond our control. WorkBrag will make reasonable efforts to have the Business take those down too.

7. Reviews. Any review you write on Google or another platform is between you and that platform and is governed by its terms. This Release does not ask you to write a review, and nothing you receive depends on whether you do or what you say.

8. Waivers. To the extent permitted by law, you release the Business and WorkBrag from claims relating to the permitted use of the Video and your Likeness, including claims for invasion of privacy, right of publicity, defamation, or false light, arising from any use consistent with this Release. This does not release either of them from uses that go beyond this Release or from their own willful misconduct.

9. General. This Release is governed by the laws of the State of New York. If a part of it is unenforceable, the rest still applies. WorkBrag's Privacy Policy at workbrag.com/privacy explains how your information is handled.
