WorkBrag SMS Terms

Last updated: September 2, 2026

These SMS Terms describe the text-messaging programs run by WorkBrag LLC, 418 Broadway Ste N, Albany, NY 12207 ("WorkBrag," "we," "us"). By opting in to either program, you agree to these SMS Terms, our Terms of Service (if you are a business user), and our Privacy Policy.

Who is texting you

Every text in these programs is sent by WorkBrag. When we text a customer of a business, we do so on behalf of the business named in the message (for example, "Workbrag on behalf of Mike's Roofing"). The business is not the sender, and WorkBrag alone is responsible for honoring your consent and opt-out.

Program 1: WorkBrag account notifications (for business users)

Who: owners and staff of businesses that subscribe to WorkBrag.

What you'll receive: a one-time login code when you sign in, a text each time a customer video or post is ready for your approval (with a preview link), confirmations when a post is published or fails, and occasional account or service notices. These messages are transactional. We do not send marketing or promotional texts to business users.

How you opt in: during onboarding you enter your mobile number, tick an unchecked box agreeing to receive these messages, and confirm the number with a six-digit code we text you. Consent is not a condition of purchasing anything.

Frequency: varies with how many jobs you log. A business logging five jobs a week can expect roughly five to fifteen texts a week.

Program 2: Customer review and video requests (for customers of businesses that use WorkBrag)

Who: customers of a business that uses WorkBrag, after that business finishes a job for them.

What you'll receive: a text from WorkBrag on behalf of the business asking you to share a short video of the finished work and, if you like, leave a review; follow-up reminders if you have not responded; and a thank-you with the review link after your video comes in. Message frequency varies by job. These messages are transactional and are never promotional. We will not text you about offers, sales, or anything other than the job you hired the business for.

How you opt in: in one of three ways, each with the same disclosure naming WorkBrag as the sender: (1) by entering your number and ticking an unchecked box on the business's WorkBrag consent page (workbrag.com/c/[business]/text-me, also reachable by QR code); (2) by signing a consent section on the business's estimate, invoice, or work order; or (3) by saying yes when the business reads you a short consent statement in person, which the business records in WorkBrag with the date, time, and script used. Consent is not a condition of purchasing anything from the business.

Frequency: message frequency varies. You will typically receive a small number of messages about each job. If you hire the same business again, a new job means a new set of messages under the same consent, unless you have opted out.

Rules that apply to both programs

Message and data rates may apply. Your carrier's standard messaging and data rates apply to every message you send or receive. Check with your carrier for details.

To stop: reply STOP to any message. Because WorkBrag is the sender of every message in these programs, a STOP stops all texts from WorkBrag to your number, across every business, unless you tell us otherwise. You will receive one final text confirming this and, if you are enrolled for more than one business, asking whether you meant only one of them; if you do not reply, everything stays stopped. You can also opt out by emailing help@workbrag.com, by telling the business that hired you, or by any other reasonable means, including plain words like "don't text me"; we stop sending as soon as we process the request and in any case within 10 business days.

To get help: reply HELP to any message, email help@workbrag.com, or visit workbrag.com/sms-terms.

Quiet hours: we do not send messages between 9:00 PM and 8:00 AM in your local time zone, or during any narrower window required by the law of your state.

Carriers: supported carriers include AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and most other U.S. carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy: mobile numbers and consent data collected for these programs are used only to run these programs and are never sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy.

Re-enrollment: if you have opted out and later want messages again, you must opt in again through one of the consent methods above. Texting a keyword such as START does not by itself re-enroll you.

Changes: we may update these SMS Terms; the current version is always at workbrag.com/sms-terms.
